Upper Mustang is a Tibetian experience of Trans Himalaya of Nepal bordering Tibet (China) with panoramic mountain views surroundings and scenic Plateau landscape. The Upper Mustang called the mini Tibet trek winds its way to the hidden Buddhist world of the Kingdom of Mustang, also known as Lo. Kagbeni, is the gateway to Upper Mustang, then on via a full landscape in the rain shadow of the Dhaulagiri massif to Lo-Manthang, the seat of past Kings of the Kingdom of Lo ( Mustang ). We Explore caves, rock paintings, monasteries, &gompa and learn something about the cultural habitat of this area. From Upper Mustang we can get spectacular views of Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and others, which are very much part of this exciting trip! The Upper Mustang tour is the inevitable pathway to the puzzling space of the old Buddhist kingdom of Mustang, Nepal, likewise named Lo Upper Mustang and Lower Mustang is the route passed in district number four in Dhaulagiri Zone of northern Nepal.
We departed around 6 am from Kathmandu and reach Tatopani around 5 pm. It takes around 10 to 11 hours from Kathmandu. It is around 303 km far away from Kathmandu. Have lunch on the way. After reaching, we check-in hotel. Then getting some rest. We take Non-Veg-Dinner and Stay overnight at the hotel.
Next day early morning we move to Tatopani (Hot spring water pool) after returning from Hotel. We take breakfast and check out from the hotel. We will drive to Muktinath Temple. On the way, we visit sightseeing RupseJharna, lete to Muktinath temple darshan, jwal mai darshan. We will have veg lunch on the way. After reaching our destiny Kagbeni, we will check into the hotel and get some rest. Have Non-Veg Dinner and Stay Overnight at Hotel.
Early morning having breakfast and hotel check-out. We will drive to lomanthang. We will have veg lunch on the way. We visit Upper mustang sightseeing Khanpa Caves, Chine Border, and Ghar Gompa. After sightseeing Return back to the hotel, have a non-veg dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Early in the Morning we will refresh and have our breakfast and return to the Marpha. On the way, we also visit the Sky Cave which is 1000 years old man-made for settlement. Then we will have lunch on the way. We can speculate the red hill red color believes that the lama fought with the demon and hit the demon at the hill. It is also believed that the red color now Gompas are the blood of the demon so the soil of the hill is in red color. Near on the path, the demon intestine and the body have been buried with various Tibetan prayer flags. We reached Marpha at 6 PM. we will check in the hotel and get some rest. Have Non-Veg Dinner and Stay Overnight at Hotel.
Early morning having breakfast and hotel check-out. We will drive to Pokhara. It is mostly famous for jerry Galli, kabaddi Galli, apple garden, and marpha (a wine which is made from apple/cherry) sightseen. We have veg lunch on the way. On the way, we visit baglung Kalika temple & Galeshor Mahadev darshan. Check-In to the hotel and get refreshed. After refreshment, we will go sightseeing in Pokhara. Leisure time for you to explore the nightlife and beauty of Pokhara. Get back to the hotel, have a Nonveg dinner, and overnight stay hotel.
Early morning having breakfast and hotel check-out. We move to Pokhara for half day sightseeing at Bindabasini temple, Devi’s fall, Gupteshor Mahadev temple, and Lake Side. We will have veg lunch on the way and back to Kathmandu.
